Systems and Computing

Systems and Computing (e-ISSN: 3088-7941) is a peer-reviewed international journal, launched in 2025, covering both theoretical and practical aspects of systems theory and computing, with a focus on modern and intelligent systems and architectures.

The journal is online-only, fully open access, published biannually (January and July), and operates on a no-fee model for both authors and readers. It is published by Echahid Cheikh Larbi Tebessi University – Tebessa, Algeria, and is indexed in multiple databases, ensuring global visibility and accessibility.

In addition to its regular biannual issues, Systems and Computing also features special issues dedicated to selected conferences, focused research themes or invited contributions.
