Systems and Computing (e-ISSN: 3088-7941) is a peer-reviewed international journal, launched in 2025, covering both theoretical and practical aspects of systems theory and computing, with a focus on modern and intelligent systems and architectures.

The journal is online-only, fully open access, published biannually (January and July), and operates on a no-fee model for both authors and readers. It is published by Echahid Cheikh Larbi Tebessi University – Tebessa, Algeria, and is indexed in multiple databases, ensuring global visibility and accessibility.
