Systems and Computing (SyCom) operates under a fully non-commercial, open-access publishing model.

The journal does not charge any submission, processing, or publication fees (no Article Processing Charges – APCs).

All publication costs are covered through institutional support from the host university, as well as academic and voluntary contributions from members of the editorial board. Systems and Computing (SyCom) does not generate revenue from subscriptions, advertising, reprints, or commercial sponsorship.

Editorial decisions are based exclusively on the scientific quality, originality, and relevance of submitted manuscripts. Financial considerations, including the absence of fees or the funding status of authors, have no influence on the peer-review process or editorial decision-making.
