Authors are invited to make a submission to SyCom journal. Manuscripts must be written in English and can be submitted at any time throughout the year. Authors are free to use any reasonable format for the initial submission. The official template, available on the website, will be required after acceptance. Manuscripts may be initially submitted in PDF or Microsoft Word (Doc/Docx) format.
Important: To ensure a double-blind peer review process, authors must not include their names, affiliations, or any identifying information in the manuscript file.
Manuscripts should generally be structured as follows:
Figures and tables should appear close to their first citation in the manuscript. Figures must be of high resolution, with clear labels and sufficient contrast. Captions should be detailed enough to allow the reader to understand the content without referring to the main text.
All submissions must be made through the journal’s online platform. Authors are required to register and log in before submitting their manuscript. Submissions sent by email will not be accepted.
Each submission is initially screened by an editor for relevance to the journal’s aims and scope. Suitable manuscripts are then peer-reviewed by independent experts. Final acceptance is based on the outcome of this process.
To ensure high-quality language standards, free professional English proofreading is provided for all accepted articles.
Please note: After acceptance, authors are responsible for formatting their articles according to the journal’s visual and structural standards, using the official template provided (download template.docx). This ensures consistency across all published articles while allowing authors to maintain control over the presentation of their work.
Accepted articles are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and later grouped into formal issues.
