Archiving Policy
Systems and Computing (SyCom) ensures the long-term digital preservation of all published content.
The journal participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), a digital preservation service developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) and supported by Simon Fraser University (Canada). Through PKP PN, SyCom’s content is securely archived using LOCKSS technology, ensuring permanent access to published articles even in the event of journal discontinuation or website failure.
In addition, regular backups of the journal’s content are performed to maintain data integrity and continuity of service.
This combined approach guarantees that all published articles remain permanently accessible to readers worldwide.
