Systems and Computing (SyCom) operates under a fully non-commercial, open-access publishing model.

The journal does not charge any submission, processing, or publication fees (i.e., no Article Processing Charges – APCs).

All publication costs are covered through institutional and organizational support, including academic and voluntary contributions from the editorial board and the host institution. SyCom does not generate revenue from subscriptions, advertising, reprints, or commercial sponsorship.

Editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of the scientific quality, originality, and relevance of submitted manuscripts. Financial considerations, including the absence of fees or funding status, have no influence on the peer-review process or editorial decision-making.
